When you are a tank / healer / pet class.
Not everyone can just soak / heal through unavoidable damage of the end boss. Torghast is completely RNG and not class balanced. There is no skill involved so flexing by saying i solo the boss of layer 3 is not needed. Try going in with something else than what i said above and solo boss 3
I have a character that was none of those, it was easy once I learned what I needed to do.
If you aren’t a tank healer or pet class use the damn tools at your disposal, you can buy stacks of smoke bombs that make most attacks miss for instance.
But no, one whole week in its easier to cry.
You’re still relying on RNG.

WW Monk, easy peasy. Buuuut I have to admit that it can be much easier depending on the layout and picked boss.
but it is easy. and last time I checked shadow isn’t a tank, healer, or pet spec 
But it does come with stock self sustain of various heals.

It was an example of the tools you may have at your disposal. It’s a fact that you will have tools, not a question of rng.
Yes… you have tools, in which the tools aren’t always going to work even if you utilize what’s made available to you. This is just an objective fact, it’s how the actual feature works in the game.
But you dont have themi always available becauiser its a roguelike mode, there for everything is RNG.
Including vendor purchases, which you may like to admit or not, but its true.
I have had numerous times smoke bombs not appear on vendors.

Gear matters. Gear up from bgs and m0, enchant it, craft your first leggo, go in.
Focus on damage anima powers, especially burst.
If you have good burst damage power rng the boss gets deleted in 15 seconds.
