simply pls stop scaling everything with level … pls come player it is really to easy for some of them is to much … instead of that should be something like that better player gets stronger enemies and weak player which dont know to play less strong enemies … and also stronger enemies means that they give you more and more exp … and less strong one less exp
so that ppl who know to play will be faster with leveling and ppl who dont know will be slower one and will and will less trouble to practise

I have to agree with this, I am level 70 iL 328 still doing the campain in The Azure SPan, the mobs are level 68 yet they are hard af to kill? Its as if they are scaling to my IL. What happens at 70, do all mobs just scale up to 70? it just seems a bit of a mess atm
yes. i had 230k health mobs. what the hell is it, its like fighting elite. and it was uplayable for me until i got pvp set. because i had to fight mobs 1 by 1. and my heals was last garbage. it was like 10% health heal for 3 combo points?
that is trash … simply just tell some of shamans , paladins or druids to go to heal spec instead of dps and that is it u have enough healer … and end of story …
and u even dont understand that some bosses will not be killable bcs some of them need more heal than other … simply u have to much dps u need less dps and more healers and of story
It was implemented as a form of lazy game design. The zones did once have what is called zonal progression. This meant that you could choose to fight higher level mobs from adajacent zones to help you gain more XP. I would kite much higher mobs into traps and then spend many a happy hour levelling by killing stuff. Today everything is the same level.
I would grind my way till I was better and then kill stuff with ease. Now it doesn’t matter cus no matter where you go or what you fight the mobs are all generally the same.
You also can’t tick off zones as lower level status to aid in your speed runs collecting stuff cus no matter where you go you have to deal with the trash like they are scaled highest level you can fight. Yet some twenty levels ago you were fighting those Murlocs at Level 8 and now the very same are level 28. Sorry but it makes no sense.
All this makes for a very boring game where you choose a whole variety ways of levelling and progressing. Scaling is like arming every mob in the game with a reflect skill. Which I sense is all they did… that is why I call it lazy game design.

Yes, that is exactly what happens.
Leveling is so fast and it is very difficult to catch up with gear.
I strongly oppose scaling, that’s why I enjoy Classic much more than retail.
