Spread Legs while mounted would be no issue if we could use 2 Mounts at the same time.

Well, as I wrote… either with a normal leg position (like on more slender “horse” mounts) just clipping through the mount, since clipping is a problem we always had to deal with… and looking at the new Hornstrider mount (or however that thing from the new event is called: its horns poke right through the character riding it!!!), it’s getting ignored more and more anyway.
Or they need to design saddles atop wider mounts that lift the character far enough above the back of the mount so they can sit normally. In RL, elemphants aren’t ridden bare back, they have a special saddle on it (like also the transmog yak), to hold the rider.
Disagree here. As someone heading into 3D design as profession I don’t want to see clipping in this game more than already.

I like the look of the wider legs instead of them just clipping trough.
It looks more realistic, but it shouldn’t look stupid at the same time.
My character now sits on the Highland Drake like a chair.
Which is annoying.
I spread my legs lots, mainly when I poo.
