Is there a macro to stop mind flay/mind flay: insanity? Moving, pressing another spell or cancelling with ESC isn’t a good alternative. It’s specifically for juking kicks in arenas for precog.
/cast Mind Flay
/stopcasting
doesn’t work, if you press it mid channel it will just recast Mind Flay again.
Try slapping /cqs on the end and see if it fixes things.
Or you could make the stopcasting a modified press.

/cast [nomod] Mind Flay
cqs doesn’t work, already tried. Mod/nomod is working, but it doesn’t feel very clean with a lot of Haste%, and I have to remove a keybind for it. Might have to opt. for it if there are no other ways though
None off the top of my head.
That said, if you’re using a wand mh you might try additional /stopcasting lines as the shoot from a wand is considered a spell.
