Priests don’t bypass the GCD—they just have more spells that work cleanly with stopcasting macros, especially in PvP. Shamans, by contrast, often macro Grounding Totem (which is on the GCD), and that’s where the clunkiness creeps in.
So you could remove some spells from GCD that a Resto Shaman can drop a totem, especially Tremor or Grounding.
Let’s talk, This what i mentioned above is a huge win for Priest in pvp.

Nothing is more frustrating than spamming tremor or ground and seeing the gcd takes forever to reset haha.
While I understand as a rsham player, I feel like it would be way too broken for ele sham, they are already insanely hard to punish without gcd on this the counterplay would be even lower so idk,i agree on a side but on another side I don’t.
I think my Shaman Brother is totally right
I am still mad that druid power shift was removed
It was so smove to play, they could just give them a cooldown on removing slows and roots wenn shifting
