What does any of the above have to do with the fact that there are armies of bots circling around areas with hyperspawn, scripted to just walk around and use starfall?
Because from where I’m standing, it’s no different then saying bots are fine simply because Asmongold is opposed to it and that I cannot understand, these bots hurt everyone

I don’t like Asmongold and l’ve never watched his streams or videos, but if a player with such a high audience is against bots I’m totally with him.
Noncence. LFR means one additional recolour for raid sets. Who might be against that?

in shadowlands we craft gear we can selelect stats and spesial effect can even select if has gem slot or even ilvl can be selected.
next step is we can dye/color it probly next xpac …
Gem sockets should be always on gear from Raids, not an RNG bullcrap. We had sockets given to us in tbc-wod, yet since legion we have to get lucky or just buy some crap after spending couple of hrs farming it for just 1 socket.
That’s why Timewalking have some of the best “normal mode” gear, you get free sockets.
Other than that, it’s again: Blizzard makes botting Legal, but they won’t tell us that.

Read the comment again and try to get a general grasp of the message I was trying to spread. You can’t even objectively look at a video without letting your own opinion of the creator get in the way of listening to the message, you’re the other side of the coin of these worshippers you describe
Armies of bots like this hurt the game and if you’re more worried about who the person is to tell you this then do you even care about the bots being a problem?

Seems to me people are playing victims as if this were some major real life event that ruined their lives.
At the end of the day, the influence of these botters to the game as a whole are next to none, and whoevers personal suffering because of these botters are also next to none.
It some cheaters in a video game we are talking about, not murderers, and they will never get rid of botters, goldsellers, and whatnot.
What yall are asking for is curing the symptoms, and not whats causing the symptoms.
Blizz have banned botters many times, what happens? New botters take its place in 10-20 minutes, even though they theoratically CAN, they WILL not ban all of the botters, because its bad for blizzards echonomy to kill off that amount of subs.
Back in the day when subscriptions were probably a lot higher, maybe they actually would.
People need to ask themselves: Why are blizz mostly “Not caring” ? (Because they need the subscriptions)
And even more important: What causes people to quit this game?
And current game design - Anything there that creates situation like this? The more time-demanding and grind-demanding they make the game, the more people will tend to easier and quicker solutions = Creates a marked for this = Botters.
Now im not defending anything, i never broke ingame rules in my years in the game (got a couple of forum bans but thats another story) - But sometimes sitting down an analyzing why it became like this, and whats causing this is the smart thing to do.
Killing the ants in your house will not fix your problem. Removing the anthill will temporaly fix it - But only removing the reason why ants build anthills there is the only permanent solution.
And about this Asmongold. I dont even know why people are referring to the guy. If anything, credits to the guy for being a millionaire based on being a very average player at best in any aspect of the game.
Anything a guy like that posts on youtube comes with an agenda, but tbh he is not the right person to talk about anything.
So he is criticizing bots, and people who pay to win and whatnot.
Might have been legit if it came from a actually skilled player who achieved his achievments by being actually skilled. He got carried by far better players in anything he ever did, running around as a multi season gladiator while possessing the skill of players in maximum 1800 bracket.
There is basically no difference between him and those he criticizes and are encouraging people to spit on - They, same as him, got boosted by better players to glad titles and whatnot.
Only difference he pays with his own status as a streamer.
Stupidest threads i see are those referring to people like asmongold. And this youtube video of his is nothing other than clickbait to earn more money. one got to be pretty ignorant or stupid to believe people like that got some heroic intentions just because he tries to make it seem so.
