The funny thing is there is no difference between asmongold and the people he encourages others to spit on.
They buy achievments with with anything form real money to legit and illegit earned ingame gold - Running around with anything from glad titles to mythic raid titles to high raider io.
Asmongold? Gets carried in any remotely challenging endgame content he do by far more skilled players. Paying with his famousy and streamer-status - Running around with glad titles, mythic raid titles and gear and high rio etc etc. Multi seas glad with the skills of a 1800 player at best.
Funniest of all asmongold fools all the knuckleheads into believing there actually is a difference.
So I make a post where I try to point out that it’s absolutely pointless for the issue to focus on Asmongold and you give me half an essay on Asmongold after accusing others of being obsessed with Asmongold.
These bot trains harm server perfromance which is already really bad in a lot of areas on certain times, like Wednesday 8.3 world boss bad
Then what’s the deal? why this entire spiel which has nothing to do with the only problem HERE; There are armies of bots on servers just running around casting spells on scripts draining performance of already notoriously wonky servers
Meanwhile your reply can basically be condensed to pretend it doesn’t happen because Asmongold happened to be the messenger this time.
Then do you have anything other to add to the arguement other then ‘it’s pointless don’t bother’, like maybe an alternative solution which will get to this root problem of yours?
I’m pretty sure I’ve heard him recently saying that he’s bad at video games. All he does is play WoW (and a handful of other games in between). And even in WoW he got rusty, because he got old, stopped mythic raiding, etc.
Just end all forms of botting and third party programs. stop creating a gray area for exploits. no wonder the game is dying and people dying of WoW anger issues.
Bots will exsist forever, no matter how many times you report them, get them banned.
If you want to permanently remove all kinds of botting, then don’t make the game cost a dime. And remove all things that cost money ingame to access services from. It’s just as simple as that.
