so if you play this crap with pmw and tempest will also hit 5 targets, then you have even more setup now and have to watch when you use pmw when tempest is locked and loaded.
what a stupid idea.
but no matter what stormbringer does, the fundamentals of enhance are terrible right now.
First and foremost stormstrike and wf are terrible right now.
Get rid of stormstrike reset, make it 6s cd and hit hard, preferable as nature dmg.
get rid of forceful winds and let base wf do dmg again, then you can also tune doomwinds accordingly
This is only datamine, its not even implemented or available on alpha.
I welcome the stormstrike and windfury changes, though its another subject.
Another note, I’d argue that we have way too many two-pointers in Enhance talent tree right now.
Many don’t deserve 2 points and could be simplified in 1. Or get more options.
