Stormbringers interaction with storm build

Generally it seems to favor the storm build but at the same time its interactions make no sense, mainly because of DRE

  1. During ascendance tempest becomes a 5 msw cast, significantly lowering its dmg

  2. 3 free instant cast chain lightnings are consumed by ascendance

  3. 3 free msw in single target use of tempest and the refund of msw will make using tempest with 10 msw potentially lose you 3 msw

  4. tempest duration is too short, frequently running out before i can use it, nice lol
    especially during questing / leveling I cannot use tempest at all basically

  5. arc discharge consumes msw for some reason. It is already instant and the duration is short. You won’t even be able to use 3 10 msw empowered chain lightnings

  6. tempest is not consumed during ascendance when you previously used CL, which makes using tempest during ascendance feel terrible

all in all it plays pretty much terrible, clunky and just the interactions make overall no sense.
