Stormpike Battle Ram

Greetings,

So to get the Stormpike Battle Ram you have to do the “quests” inside of AV right?
But to do them you have to first go out their and do stuff. But the base npcs are killed not even 2 minutes after start of AV.
So how are we supposed to earn the Stormpike Battle Ram?
