Would you like stormstrike be to BIG hit i mean BIG… but only usable every 8 seconds without chance on reset cd or you want stormstrike to be able to reset it cd but it hit for much less(but with some rng you can spam it) ? what is your opinion ?

I’d prefer it to go back to be a big hitter with a longer CD - been longing for SS to deal Nature damage (or at least partially) since i can remember

Hard Hitter with a chance to cause Windfury.
Nothing worse than your performance being dependant on procs.
dont forget to add back the kickass animation of WF from back in the days.
