Obviously, the Shaman makes most sense since the expansion is heavily themed on the elements, and the Shaman fit perfectly well.
Druids fit too, for their close relations with the Green Dragonflight, Night Elf especially.
Mages too, for Kirin Tor’s involvement.
Warrior, Hunter and Monk always fit for they are the standard traveling adventurers.
But that’s it imo. Story and lore wise I see no reason why would the remaining 6 classes (Rogue, Paladin, Warlock, Priest, Death Knigh, Demon Hunter) go to the Isles. They’re powers and organizations are not associated with the Dragons in any way, nor is any organization they’re associated with involved. Nor do the problems we face on the Isle seem like a “World Ending threat”.
Dragonflight has a heavy adventurers vibe to it so I would say hunters, warriors, monks and rogues.
Then you have the whole dragon aspect angle so I would say that Mages would be interested in helping the Blue flight, Druids- the Red and Green flights and Shamans the blacks.
Priests and Paladins could also work if you take into consideration that Tyr (or at least his hand) is pretty much the poster child of Light affiliated religions on Azeroth.
Warlocks generally go where ever they could get more power from, so an ancient land fits the MO.
DKs… Idk maybe they want more frostwyrms for Acherus.
What even are DHs without the Legion.
Personally I would say Warlock is making sense too. Warlocks are all about power and maybe you will find there something related to deathwing that you could use to enhance your powers too.
What? Isn’t Malf enough? What is this? Game of thrones?
Not really. They more secretive and take like one job eliminating a valuable target. Or they’re working either in intelligence, or gangs/pirate crews… I don’t see why would they be going to the Isles.
Rogues could do it for greed and warlocks for opportunities to gain personal power.
Also, any major organization is going to be interested in any major conflict, if only to manipulate the outcome to its benefit. [Holy] priests and paladins could be concerned that people might turn away from the Light in order to claim victory.
Safe to say i think Death Knights story has ended with shadowlands and are going back to Northrend and my main is the Death knight so im happy to retire and start a new with a hunter and evoker
While Death Knight Story may end they have at least a reason to be there. So far a death knight can go out from time to time and kill people he could try to be with the survivers of his social circle but if there is none then there is weak reason why to go except personal. Death Knights are still people. Their emotions may be gravely wounded but they are still there.
