does it still work? Online I found comments it does but my speed in character stats doesn’t increase ;p
Some of the speed boosts don´t appear under the speed stat. If I remember correctly, bonuses like +82 speed does appear as a stat, but the % doesn´t. I had this similar problem few months back and came to a conclusion that they´re still working regardless of your stat screen.
Someone wiser than me can correct me if I´m wrong 
I use Deja Character Stats and it shows correctly in that at least.
