Stranded with the above poster

Knowing that there are lots of hunters and rangers there he would assume that he would not be assured to hunt the food as it probably would become bbq'ed by soul fire or immolate, he would instead ask if he should conjure a demon to act as a guard for the camp
( Can't believe this one got left for so long!)

Tethenar would most likely try and keep away from Xirque - his appearance and mannerisms remind him far too much of the Felblood Elves under the Legion's thrall on Quel'danas oh-so-recently. He would rather bluntly tell Xirque to go and look after himself, and that his demons will surely help him.

The Blood Knight would then go about seeing to his own survival and escape as far away from Xirque as he can.
Both sides would probably begrudgingly accept the fact that they're better off working together and as such form a temporary alliance of convenience. Saerima and Tethenar can likely both contribute to survival a fair bit, and the other's presence would probably form a motivational factor for them both to find a way to get back to more familiar grounds.

Who knows what happens in the process though. They might come to blows, or end up forming at least some respect for each other - or both, in that order, provided they both survive it. And once they're off they'd likely just incline their heads to each other and go their separate ways.
Amnastaria is skilled to survive on her own - both a a hunter and a prev farstrider (before she deserted), and she had been more or less alone for long periods of time.

Of course she will be polite and will try to help another member of the alliance to survive till rescue comes - but she will try to keep some distance and will allways be cautious about the night elf. Though a member of the alliance now and though she fought side to side with night elves in some occasions, she is still not too fast to trust them, and she is afraid some of them will (sooner or later) be able to feel her magical energies or see through her disguise, thus recognize her blood elf identity. if caught - she will not refer to violence if she can avoid it, claiming instead that she had more then earned her right to be member of the grand alliance.

It will take much time and much gained trust on the island for Amnastaria to share her true story... espcially to a night elf. And she is always cautious about not getting backstabbed.
Rumi would simply grab a stick, tell Amnastaria to wait, make a square near the shore then incline that Amnastaria grabs everything from one side, while Rumi would get the other side, then make a small hut in the middle and slowly but surely make a boat, while She would ask Amnastraria to go fish and what not.

If they manage to leave the isle, Rumi would wander off without any threats, unless if provoked
There is no way Majinga would trust a warlock to not backstab him so if Rumikah would do or say something Majinga found suspicious one or both of them would end up dead. Same thing if there was not enough food for both.

But Majinga is smart enough to know that your chances to survive are much higher if you cooperate. He would help Rumikah but never turn his back to her.
Send Majinga to catch some fish, while she prepares a hut and lights a fire. Then she would start building a small raft or a boat, so that she and the troll could get off the island. Of course, she would be in charge the entire time. Troll would only fish.
Provided that the "Light her on fire and use her as a temporary food source until she finds/makes proper food and shelter" is too boring of an option, I imagine Sanara would just ask the Orc to go off and hunt, just to get her out of the way while she turns a chunk of the beach into sandstone houses for them to live in, and then goes into the sea to collect seaweed for aquaculture. She thinks long-term, generally, and might eventually teach the orc to work the water-farm.
Probably cook the half horse half octopus like thing... mmm tastes like chicken
As delighted as Saerima would be to have a fellow Kaldorei to be stranded with, Tizie would probably prove to be a bit too unorthodox to be trusted soon enough.
After becoming briefly excited with meeting a Night Elf, this would probably wear off quickly enough given the fact Saerima isn't a Druidess and would probably have no real interest in interacting with the Troll beyond simply working together to survive/get out of there. Zet'jia being the type to be more interested in the other end of things, just talking, exploring, sauntering around and taking it easy, would just become bored with Saerima's militaristic approach to the situation they're caught up in. While their personalities and motives would clash, it wouldn't lead to any sort of hostilities, just a basic "meh" kind of relationship ... like roomies living together just because they both need a place to live.

Zet'jia would probably just kick back and chill out like usual, Saerima having massive issues trying to motivate her to do anything positive towards their plight would likely give up and go off doing her own things for the day as the Troll just lazed about the camp, possibly practicing her shapeshifting lessons as if nothing were different, or hanging about in the local flora and fauna. She would however, assist Saerima with any wounds or anything of the sort she would pick up, and offer her herbs and things she has gathered on her little adventures that might be beneficial, recreational or otherwise.

Either way, whatever they get up to, they'd probably come back to the same camp at night and would work together while ... not exactly working together, if you know what I mean. After they're together for some time, they probably would start to converse a little more ... topics such as "Der be dis Kaldorei Druid I be seein' 'round ... 'e dun' like wearin' much ... dat be a gud ting, sistah. Shud see 'is chest. Do all ya boys be like dat? I be movin' ta Darnassus when we be gettin' back if dat be deh case!"
Greetings, troll of the druidic persuasion, would you like to do all the work to ensure our survival while I try to unify the native wildlife into one mighty supranational entity while being completely incapable of communing with animals?

Okay, thanks!
Given how useless the human appears to be, Tethenar would very sternly tell him to leave him be and see to his own survival, or not. Keeping his sword close in case the human comes close again, Tethenar would then go about ensuring his own survival and escape. The human would then, assuming he's still alive, be able to pay witness to Tethenar's triumphant escape!

A shame, because if the human was more useful and willing, the Blood Knight may have been willing to co-operate with him and bring him along.
After some short introduction i think Nimirah and Tethenar would get along just fine. Working on their survival and a way to get off the isle in an almost mechanical manner. Perhaps with some talk about what a waste it is they are both there and holding themself to talk to other things they both dislike.
This would probably go out fine, they both are students of the Dark Arts, They are both Blood Elfs (she is, he is almost) they both serve and are loyal to Lord Therion, when she eventually understand his family's curse, then this will go smooth, and they will in the end see Silvermoon again.
Most likely, she would take advantage of the situation and kill him in order to eradicate this supposed "blood line curse" from the future generation of Elves. With the Elves needing to repopulate, any inherent genetic flaw or deviation such as this must be purged before it begins to infect their newer children. A necessary sacrifice for the good of the people.

She would then go about taking care of herself, and be rather successful at surviving, though she may have quite a hard time figuring out how to leave the area by herself.
I'd agree to co-operate on a daily basis as a complete subordinate to every whim and desire of the Elven Paladin, going so far as doing exactly all of the chores she does not wish to do and doing all the peasant work.

Then one day I'd accidentally pour a bucket of fel-contaminated water on her and give a shrug in recognition of Ihriell being turned into a demon mutant. I mean, it could be worse. You could've turned into one of those evil blue Eredar.

Then I would die instantly from the execution levied by the disgruntled former elf.
Try be as helpful as possible while trying survive and find a way off the isle. Which she would be very good at if Rasofeum can stand out with Nadine's "Enthusiasm"
Since Nadine is obviously smarter than Majinga he would try to do what she told him to do. He would be afraid of her mindcontrolling him wich would make him a bit paranoid. Is he being controlled or not? Is this real? Is he making coconut drinks because the human likes them or because he likes them?

But this seems like a good combination of brains and brawn so they would probably survive and escape the island on a homemade party boat.
Well knowing her, the doctor would immediately seize the island for the Dark Lady and declare herself as acting "Lord Regent Extraordinare!" on Sylvanas' behalf. She'd then deploy her trusty "Spoon" in order to try and dig some sort of skull/pony-shaped volcano fortress into the island, for science of course.

"Troll-thing!", she'd yell at Majinga, "Lend me a hand in building this place would you?! Don't worry, I'd ssssew it back on afterwardssss!"

After several hours of annoyingly insisting upon being referred to as "Your Fabulousness" and generally trying to order Maj around, the doctor would probably find herself alone, surrounded by a terrifying jungle with only a disappointing miniature sand castle to show for her fortress building efforts.

"T-troll-thing?" she'd say. "K-KLANK?!" she'd yell after her pet spider when the troll didn't respond; alas, to no avail. The camera zooms out to show the troll and Klank happily chilling on the top deck of some luxury Goblin cruise-ship, surrounded by giggling swimsuit models.

They clink an alcoholic beverage and smile, while the Doc is chased around the island by a furious Stranglethorn gorilla whose none too happy about being asked to be her manservant.
