After 20 years of playing WOW on various laptops and PC’s with no issues. I bought a new laptop, an MSI Raider GE78 HX 13V, which would of course have no problems running WOW. But what is happening is, occasionally while moving my character forward, I’ll release the key and the character keeps walking for a few seconds and then there’s massive lag to control the character for about half a minute, then it’s fine for a while. I have done whole raids without it happening, but it has happened, and if happens in a raid, it could wipe us, making the new laptop unreliable. I have sent it back to MSI to test, and of course they found nothing wrong with it. But the fact remains, it doesn’t happen on anything else I use, only the new laptop. Has there been any other reports on new hardware running WOW?
