Streamers Impact On Wow

Question is, does it really matter in the end? sure, they nerf a lot of classes (some think from m0, which is unlikely) but will be buffed later down the line.

Just the usual Blizzard shenanigans, also, the entire perspective that Blizzard nerfs things cus streamers say or makes videos about it is kind of double edged sword and I think there’s a lot of things going around behind the camera, video editing, etc etc, streamers got direct contacts to blizzard, so they probably ask several class pros or experts or whatever u wanna call it nowadays.

i personally believe this is more of a big streamer thing than getting expert opinion from reliable people . i dont think its wrong that they contact some reliable streamers like kalamazi or some other relevant names that i mentioned above , the problem is they some times over react to some stupid stuff like this just because some big guy like asmon is doing it .

i have a friend that plays feral druid and he was so happy that soda didnt stream any wow since DF because if he would im 100% sure we would see a lot more feral nerfs than we did and the spec would be back to its garbage state , this is not something new blizzard does it all the time for some reason they think its a pretty good idea to give streamers ( specially big ones ) huge props , they find it profitable for what ever reason they have . its actually the main reason they support this RWF thing so much cause it gives them a massive spike of viewership on twitch

AND IT AFFECTS EVERYONE ! thats the bad part incase your wondering

It’s a company after all, if someone like “Kalamazi” or “critcake” had a viewing like Asmongold, Maximum, they’d probably listen to them a bit more, but since those 2 examples have like +5 and up to +100k viewers on the daily and especially now with RWF happening, they probably just listen to them more, tho, asmongold isn’t really that knowledgeable about certain things he does have a lot of knowledge about the game in general, just like a true neckbeard.

i mean its exactly the point im trying to make with this thread , they give these people so much props just because they think that they are valuable for some reason , like i said their main idea is that twitch viewer ship will boost up their player base .

but we all know thats not how it works , people who play wow wont just get into the game and play out of nowhere they are either old players coming back or MMO players that are switching games , in general its a stupid thing they should never give props to streamers , even if its profitable (which is not)

its 10 times better to listen to someone like Critcake than someone like Asmongold . because they understand the class and its gameplay in many different levels , while someone like asmongold is just a mount/tmog farmer what ever player he is , i dont even know how to categorize him

Australia is wider than the moon. The moon sits at 3400km in diameter, Australia’s diameter from east to west is almost 4000km.

What sense does it make? None, but make more sense than your reply…

another fun fact:
There is actually a word for someone giving an opinion on something they know nothing about. An ‘ultracrepidarian’ is someone who voices thoughts beyond their expertise. That might be you… the more you know

omg i did not know about this thank you ! i looked it up on google , i finally have a word to describe these people without offending them . Huge thx

What seems to confuse you, i was just having a laugh by pointing out that OP only accepts things he’s seen.

If thats what is confusing, take it up with OP.
