Streaming Error - Only one character (SOLVED)

Streaming Error - Only one character-
When I try to log into this particular character, just as the loading bar reaches full. It kicks me off back to the main intro page, with the error “A streaming error has occurred (WOW51900322)”. Initially I tried the stuck character service, I then tried all suggested on the support page, including the stuck character service again after fresh install did not work.

To further my pain, I cannot even raise a ticket to get help. I get to the web ticket page, fill out and attach the files requested and click submit. It then takes me to the next page, “Before submitting a ticket, try the following” I then click submit again, it takes me back to the ticket submission page, with all the information and attachments I added. It then follows this loop without submitting a ticket.

Tried to do it on Chrome, Edge and nothing seems to change. When I then check “My Ticket” no new active ones have been logged.

Have no idea what to do now, any suggestions?

Hey thank you for the feedback, in the end it took at total uninstall, delete all wow files from my PC and re install. I uninstalled and reinstalled literally all versions of WOW. Thank you again for the reply, have a good one!
