I vouch for buff\nerfs! Let people experience the content! We are all playing for nostalgia and reliving our glorious days from 2008-2010 no point having all this gatekeeping and minmaxing and sweat about it in 2023! If you want that you can play retail and mythic++. Keep classic chill and casual friendly!
Would also be nice if you kept old fun raids like Naxx and Ulduar relevant by letting emblem of frost drop there from last wing bosses or something, just an idea =) <3 Cheers

I don’t want to loot prebis gear so that later I won’t be able to loot encore gear, if there was a buff now, everyone would have the opportunity to close ICC in HC (my guild closes 6/12 HC), and still not waste too much time. I don’t understand why people don’t want to simplify their task, save 1.5 hours of time per game so they can play other games as well. It’s easier for Blizzard to add a buff and everyone will be happy, both top players (they’ll have to spend less time on the raid to equip their twinks and do split raids), and ordinary mortals who want to get bis gear

No, they should not allow you to turn it off. Everyone should only be allowed to play the nerfed version. Just like they did in sunwell.

This. Let us relive the nostalgia with a 500% buff! Without any lockout. It will be just like back in the day! Add a teleporter to each boss immediately available from the start, it will help recreate the authenticity of those days.

Even with the full 30% buff not every is going to clear the place on heroic.
Well apparently I saw the interview they did stating the damage buff would be added 8 weeks after release, and apparently I also remember how you can turn the buff off if you don’t want to use it cause… that’s how it was.
Back in the day you could literally turn it off.
The world first Lich King Heroic was done with a 5% buff and they went back and cleared it without the buff even to “prove a point” I guess.
It’s really not that hard. So yes, I do indeed know more than you apparently. The only thing I don’t presently know is whether they’ll stagger the buff or not. Deal with it I guess.

No, but I think already too many people are clearing heroic. There needs to be some distinction.
The raid is relatively speaking much easier then it was back then. There’s no need to nerf it further.
Almost like we’re not in 2010-11 anymore and connections, pcs and information is way more present.
