Because the knowledge that other people can’t down said content is a large part of what makes progressing it worth it. There’s no point to anything unless you have to work for it.

I want, but I also have some problems that I wouldn’t like to talk about. This problems stronger my than my desire. For example, no matter how much I tried to improve my DPS on Assa/Combat robber, it never worked out significantly.
That seems like a skill issue. You can still do normal, don’t worry.
Normal should be fully achievable for anyone regardless of skill level as is, so there’s no need to introduce a buff imo.

The reason both normal and heroic exists is that not every one is supposed to do heroic. Having aspirational content is important.

In any game where you have difficulty modes the reason they are in the game is because the highest one is too hard for some people.
Instead of demanding nerfs for the higher difficulty mode people should just play the lower one.
Now if this was sunwell I’d be more sympathetic because having most players be unable to see content is kind of rat but ready mode icc is already in the game
