Against a bit tougher mobs. I am using all my cds, my dmg feels a bit low but worst is the lack of hp gain. Twice now I had to wait until someone came along and could kill the mob only then. Don`t we have some self heal or life leech we could use?
I am currently lvl 23.
You get leech at 35 as a talent. Idk how you’re struggling though, DH is one of the easiest classes to level. What mobs do you mean?
you lvling as havoc I asume?
Go vengence til you hit 35 at least.

After level 20 it became a bit easier though there are a few mobs that give me a little trouble (having to use a healing pot otherwise I wouldnt make it).
Demon Hunter is unfortunately one of the worst Classes for low level play because they were designed with a very high level in mind.
A lot of the stuff you already had baseline at Legion Launch with level 98 are gone. I suggest after hitting 35 to take Soul Rending and toggle Warmode for open world content to grab Demonic Origins, giving you a 3 minute Metamorphosis.
Playing DH without extremely good gear and no Demonic Appetite is self torture.
