Struggling to do hc nyalotha

There are 3 minute guides for every boss.

If you want a carry, pay for it.

If you want to pug, join the pug world.

If you want the easy way - find a guild.

You can believe whatever you want i have pugged on at least 1 char most of the time and i have hardly had a raid that went bad IF the leader was willing to say a little thing about what was happening and you know LEAD THE RAID.

You know like being a raid leader?

You have to learn sometime and not everyone learn from a video.

The leaders job is to make the run the best it can be if you have people unsure a fast walk through what the boss does means you have a KILL instead of you having a WIPE and Wipe again and the raid has to be made again. BUT HEY if you PREFER to use a long time on wipes and people leaving that is fine OR you could do a simple 1minute rundown of tacts and you kill the boss.

Sometimes i find it funny how people are willing to use 30-40min on finding people but they do not have the time to take 1min to say a few words to make sure the raid goes well.

If you like using hours on just wiping that is fine i personally prefer to use a few min and Kill bosses.

But you do not have to believe me next time you pug raid Try to be a Leader not just a puppet who invites people.

Curve is a joke at this point.

Half the players are doing it with guilds, while the other half is buying boosts and are terrible at the raid.

So what you get in pugs is a mixture of those players who are used to a coordinated environment and another group of clueless players who fail at the most basic mechanics.

I understood this part in the game after playing it for a while.

The content is too difficult for pugs. You have to have a clan or at least a group of reliable friends. Which is why dungeons are more used for levelup in comparison to raids. Even if mythic+ is a cheap difficulty adding method, while raids are always more polished and better designed.

Then you will wondender why there are so few tanks for m+ and such high requirements to be invited to a pug. if the lead has to do even more work then it will avoid it and go to someone elses pug, as it is much easier, Because babying people just isnt worth it. And finding good ppl takes a lot less that getting randos that die at the first boss and causes a disband.

But let me break down this comment. Tanks in m+ well that is a player base thing you only need 2 per 14 dps players in mythic raids and more people prefer to do big damage anyway. (this is a 7/1 ratio of dps to tanks)
And it is also just 2 in heroic or normal raids this instantly means the pool of tanks are smaller than dps by more than the 3/1 ratio that is dungeons.
Now there is no real reason for why the tank is the leader in a mythic + dungeon other then the route but the route you know you can TALK to the other people in your group and they might even have a better idea of a route then what you have made.

The high requirements to be invited into pugs stems from people wanting to get boosted a long time ago it has just stuck then it became having curve and it led to people that have killed mythic bosses and are mythic raiders won’t get invited into week 2 of a new raid because curve is more important than gear or your ability.

So no i do not wonder at all. There are more factors but it will become too long and this is already long.

The leaders job is to be a Leader or he can let someone else lead like you say if you are not up to being a leader you should not be a raid leader!
This is the MeMeMe mentality only you matter only you are important, but it makes sense as what you want it to be boosted not to actually have to lead anything. A raid, however, is supposed to be a team effort do not forget that.

Yeah good luck with that as you are forgetting a very simple thing inviting people does not ensure that they won’t make mistakes they are not robots.

Also even if you have done the fight 100 times does not mean you know what a specific ability does, or even how to react when you get it.

You are willing to SIT AND WAIT for a very long time but not to take 1 or 2 min to talk to another human being and get them to fix the problem well that is fine but that also makes you not a leader you are getting boosted by the people in your groups.

Tanks are still the hardest to find even in raid setting for the inherent responsability they hold. You would know this if you ever bother leading a succesfull pug.

Terrible leads rarely get a curve boost, because the players than can pug regularly curve run away from them, its very wasy to see a wanna be boost. You seem to have a lack of experience in pug world, I dont even go past the first boss if the lead is bad, and im one of the more lennient ones, as i am not a pro.
Curve doesnt matter anymore, any group that will finish the raid will check rio or logs. Also first mythic bosses are irrelevant if you havent finished heroic, they dont teach you those encounters you havent done.
Leader lead, but learning the basics can be done each on their own, if they dont bother with that i dont bother with them, and pugs leaders wont do that, because they know that the lazy will always fail
And i dont kick ppl for maiking mistakes, but fixing a terrible dps that cant read is something that you cant do in a pugs. And yes doing a figth 100 times teaches you everything you need to know about it.
Also Mememe? I am doing my part, those that i invite are doing their part. The only ones that dont get to do things are the people that wont do their part.

Sure thing, won’t you lend me a hand then?

Do this, and I will ditch your scumbag group faster you can target swap.
