Struggling with Dracthyr's canon

Hello there, fellow Azerothian.

Having but recently created a Dracthyr, I’m still plagued with a miriad of questions as to what is and isn’t “lorewise” when it comes to RPing. Can any of you help me understand them better? I’ll throw a few questions here and there but if you feel like adding more intel, I’ll take all you got.

Here goes:

• What was the base of a dracthyr? Were they made from Whelps, eggs, or mortals? Are they mutated creatures or purely synthetical ones?

• Can a Dracthyr change Weyrn? Whether by choice or by order from the Scale Commander

• What’s the status of the Adamant Vigil? Are they definitely all dead? Can there be any survivors?

• Can Dracthyr reproduce? Lay eggs? Is mating even a thing for them?

• How “maleable” is the visage compared to the one used by Dragons?

• What do they know about the current situation of the Dragonflights? About Kalecgos, for instance, or the neutering of Dragons post-Cataclysm? Does it affect them physically?

• How many Creches are there? Is it one per Weyrn? Or are there more?

• We know the Scale-Commander are the top of the hierarchy militarily speaking, but what of the lower soldiers? How are they organized? By Squad?

• Where do the Evoker rank in said military? And what are they supposed to know/be able to do?

2. Unlikely as the Wyerns are based on what they specialise in. (Healing, infantry, magic, etc.)
3. According to the information we have available yes.
4. Not addressed, but since they have visage forms i’d presume it’s the same as dragons.
5. They know nothing other than what they’ve been told by third parties and we know of no physical effects.
6. As far as we can see it’s one per weyrn.
7. That we’re yet to see, however their numbers seem so diminished that it doesn’t really matter.
8. All Dracthyr are Evokers and as such it carries no special connotation.

Evoker seems to be their elite soldiers, but considering that they know skills from all weyrn its a bit unclear how they fit into the command structure. But they still seem to follow scale commander.
