Keep trying, the black character screen when you hit it, is lag. It’ll go through.
No, it does not. It just disconnects. We’re not even getting to the char screen anymore now.

Hey, ever since the Update today I can’t log in. It does a normal login, retrieves realm list, then tries to log me into a realm and disconnects with this error:
You have been disconnected. (wow51900128)
I have played yesterday late evening without a problem, I have disabled all firewall or antivirus solutions, i have full port forwarding to my machine, I tried ipv6 and ipv4, I have fine ping to game servers and no internet connection issues.
I also happen to have a race change queued up on my account, I don’t know if that might have caused issues during the update process.
Please help, I was looking forward to playing prepatch and took a day off work today, so this really really sucks. Thank you.

The issue started a little while ago. Worked fine all morning.
It is likely a database problem similar to what they had in the US at the beginning of August. The solution seems to be waiting…

BLIZZARD!!! Just got home from work, and I was so happy that the prepatch is finally out,…but tough luck i CANT play it.
I, and a lot of my friends get this: You have been disconnected from the server (WOW51900128).
Thank you soooooo much blizzard. For all the bad servers and issues. Truly, that is worth 12,99 EUR per month. I thought that things would change after bfa,… but I guess I was wrong.
Edit: Oh, and one more thing… DO NOT tell me to disable my addons, or check my connection. Because I already did this crap. I also reinstalled the game…nothing.

I got logged in but now my characters are coming up as “Character not found”. If it’s not one thing it’s another 
I am in a similar pickle. Once I successfully log in I’m greeted with a black screen and no characters present, changing server doesn’t help.

It seems every time I try to log in I get different errors. So far I got these:
