Stuck at 70% loading

Hey,
i’ve been getting stuck at arround 70% loading screens with multiple characters in several realms.

i’ve tried to disable addons, delete them entirely…
checked if my computer is downloading anything in the background or someone is using my router and got nothing…

is anything wrong in your end?
is there a ip i can ping test?
to see if its the clients problem.

If you are getting stuck on 70%, this could be a lack of system resources or your ISP being unable to connect properly to the zone server where your character is. I would suggest the following steps to help address this:

Reset the game’s UI
Close Background applications
Test another DNS server such as Google DNS
Turn off your router/modem combination for 2-3 minutes and restart it

For most cases, this should help address the issue you are seeing and get you playing again.
