I’m encountering an issue with the character lock service.(https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/wf/wow/586/834/) I’ve been seeing the message: ‘We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.’ for about 30 minutes now, whereas it usually only lasts a few seconds.

My Character on Thrall (EU), Brazzareth, is stuck out of bounds and I get kicket out of the game every time I log in.
Unstuck feature doesn’t work, neither on the website nor ingame. In both cases it loads forever. I also tried deleting all cookies and cache.
When I try to use the support feature to create a ticket I always land on the buggy unstuck feature.
Yeah I’m not able to get the online stuck character service to load for me either.
I’d suggest selecting one of the other character issues options on the CS Wizard until you get the option to open a ticket.
Make sure to mention in the ticket that you attempted to use the Stuck Character Service and that it didn’t work to avoid them just referring you back to it.

You can indeed open a ticket and mention this, and a game master should be able to get back to you as soon as possible.

I have a similar issue, my character is falling through the ringing deeps, as i disconnected from the game and now its falling through the map. I cant connect as when i do i get instantly disconnected.
From what I’ve seen the character stuck took in game and in browser doesn’t work.
I opened a ticket and the response was:

The only way that i managed to open a ticket was through the crash/bugs.

The character stuck tool worked! Not sure how but at least its working now. Thanks
