Hey All!
I created a new character to run through exiles reach, and before logging in, sent across some money to get it started, from another character. I have done this lots of times before, and never had an issue.
When I logged in, I was kicked out when I started looking around. I went straight to the support page, and followed all the different instructions for stuck characters. I’ve done the scan from the startup page, i’ve renamed the cache, interface and wtf files, i’ve done the character self support move, and nothing has worked. I can’t find anywhere to be able to create a ticket, and i’ve been searching around the blizzard website for about 45mins. I just keep being sent back to the selection screen.
The only relevant topic I have found, regarding characters stuck on the exiles reach boat, says that so far, they haven’t got a work around for the issue.
I don’t know whether you guys have any new ideas on what I should try out, or might be able to point me in the right direction, as I can’t seem to find it myself.

EDIT: Now I am trying to launch the game, and the game won’t launch at all…
That can be security software or the nvidia software trying to change settings.
As to not being able to log into the character, you should try to log into it and see what happens rather than using the unstuck option. At the bottom of the stuck page is a “contact us” option.

I think the issue with the launching has been resolved…partly… All of my addons (I don’t have many, just details, gtfo and dbm) are stored in the folder now named InterfaceOld. I tried moving the addons into the new folder, and that seems to be when the game said ‘nope’, and wouldn’t even launch. This part has been fixed…but now I have no addons and don’t know how to add them back.
Regarding the stuck character, it won’t let me log in at all, it does the loading screen then disconnects straight away, before even seeing the boat. I used the unstuck option as a last resort, and had a notification saying my character had been moved, and it was safe to log into it…
When I click on the ‘contact us’ option at the bottom of the stuck page, it sends me straight back to the issue selection screen again, so i’m unable to contact anybody.
I would say download them again.
I think the unstuck character moves you to stormwind or orgrimmar from the boat.
I would say try this option as they all go to the same place.

Fab, thanks Dottie! I have created a ticket using this. For some reason, it is saying that it sent my character to Gnomeregan? Hopefully it can be sorted in a few days.
