Stuck dead at Desolate Host in ToS while doing tmog run

Hi all. I was doing a tmog run in the Tomb of Sargeras raid. I killed the boss in the normal realm but nothing happened. I tried to switch to the spirit realm but it did not work. Then I decided to jump down to reset the boss and continue to move on to another boss. But the character is stuck dead on the ground. I can’t release because it says “A member in your group is in combat” but there is no group. What I tried:

  • Character stuck service
  • /script RePopMe()
  • Joining a group, disbanding after some time, etc.
  • Waited offline for approximately 30mins.

None of these worked. I opened a custom ticket for this issue but the wait time seems 24 hours but I can’t play the game. The ticket id is EU88451927. Is there a way to fix this sooner? Thanks for any help.

You can only wait until the ticket is answered, posting here will not speed that up.

Remember to put everything you tried in the ticket.

Hey Ilkctn,

Outside of the troubleshooting that you seem to have tried, I’m afraid that there’s not much you can do, apart from waiting for a game master to respond to your ticket.
