Yeah so basically i’m currently stuck inside the ‘‘Warlands’’ phase i died inside then got booted out back to the dragon isles, i hit the ‘‘return to graveyard’’ it brought me back inside and now i dont have a body to res from and im currently unable to leave…oh and on a side note lets not talk about the whole INSTANCE FULL booting out which has happened to me 6 times already.

Have you tried the stuck character service hopefully it will move you outside. If not you’ll need to open a ticket in game to ask a GM to move it.

first thing i tried was the character stuck its just left me inside the phase because theres a ‘‘safe graveyard’’ inside but with no body or spirit healer im literally stuck in purgatory, and as a ghost you cant click the rift port to leave its been nearly an hour now D:
The CS team on the forum isn’t able to intervene with player characters. You’ll need to open a ticket in game (via the support menu) to ask a GM to move you.
That sucks. Anytime in the past when i used the character stuck thing it’s always put me in Westfall but i guess that has changed now. Have not used it for a while. I guess your only remaining option is a GM ticket and a long wait 
great so youre telling me im going to have to wait 3 months for a response last time i opened a ticket there was a 47 day turn around, like how can a company like this have the WORST customer support, ive also had to open a ticket for an issue completely different because there was NOTHING related to my issue other than the ‘‘character stuck’’ service, this is a joke tbh
EDIT: Cant even open the ticket, when i click ‘‘contact us’’ nothing happens at all ive bashed the button 100 times and it hasnt redirected me or anything, this just keeps getting better and better
There’s a decent chance it will get kicked out when the instance is spun down. I have a vague recollection that happens about 15 mins with no one online inside so you could try logging out for maybe 20 mins to see if that helps.
47 days? Wow i havn’t heard of any taking that long but not saying it never happened. To be honest though, i would not pay much attenetion to the ETA that is displayed as is totally useless. I find it’s much shorter than it actually says. All my previous tickets have said days or weeks but they have been answered within 24 hours.
Queue times can be very long when there’s a new release but the worst I experienced was 7 days close to a classic release. Hopefully any queue from Diablo will have subsided but now.
I do agree that the ticket estimates shown in game have been disconnected from reality (as least as I experience them as player) for some time.
Well there is about 4 of us that have got stuck inside so lets hope they dont keep logging in then if thats such a thing…
Yeah 47 days, i put in a ticket last year because the Shadowmourne quest had bugged for me and it took them that long to resolve it, possible low priority due to it only being an old quest but still
Worst case I’d expect it to get chucked out during the reset - hopefully you won’t need to wait that long tho!

The time on a ticket, is the time of the oldest ticket in the queue, and 99% of tickets get actioned far faster than that.
Especially character stuck tickets.

So last in, first out is what you’re saying 
I think it’s when a ticket gets looked at but needs further investigation so it ends on hold in the que for a longer length of time while they look into things. That ticket could be in the que for 7 days until it’s resolved. It’s these old tickets that apparently push the ETA times up incorrectly. They base the que time on the oldest ticket timestamp.
Its exactly what Ravelyin said. They explained it perfectly.
We were inside time rift the warlands recently and we couldnt do anything until we all got disconnected and portal is gone.
