Stuck for good in Tomb of Sargeras

Im getting desperate for how to get in touch with someone from blizz that can help me unstuck my character.

I was doing a transmog run in ToS and killed Engine of Souls to fast, before it spawned The Desolate Host. Then the 3 adds spawned again and i jumped off to reset the encounter. But the encounter didn’t reset and now im stuck where i can’t release spirit cuz it says that “A member of your group is in combat.” - even tho im solo and dead.

I have tried to do the Character Stuck method, without any success. Can some one please help me? I’m currently unable to do anything with my Character.

Edit: I tried the Character Stuck method again, and now i moved me to the safe graveyard, but still cant release spirit. It still says “A member of your group is in combat”.

Edit 2: Got at friend to invite me to a group and after leaving the group again i got kicked out of the instance with the 60 sec timer.

So case closed

Good to hear that you were able to resolve the issue in the meantime!

If in the future the unstuck feature doesn’t work and your workaround doesn’t resolve it either, please contact us via ticket instead and my colleagues will get your character unstuck as soon as possible. Unfortunately we can’t help with that directly when you post about it on the forums, so a ticket would be the only way to get this resolved.
