Does anyone know how i can get out of combat in a delve when theres no enemies around me at all. my health doestn regenerate and i cant loot the mislaid curiosities on the way? Getting stuck in combat out in the open world is anyone enough so that i just alt and F4 for 20 seconds, but this is ridiculous

Edit: Some players report that backtracking and killing some mobs you may have missed also does the trick.
Frustrating. I actually got stuck in one so badly I couldn’t move or do anything. In the end I just ported out.

Seriously, 20 years and Blizz still can’t figure out how to deal with the STUCK IN COMBAT issue…
Can they not have it such that not getting hit by the mob targeting you resets after a minute…?
The main culprit to this issue are CRITTERS, they are attacking you while running away at the same time…

It just keeps happening, only this time i saw whats doing it, and elite mob at near half its health just appeared to teleport into the ground and become invisible. thats whats keeping me in combat, ffs
Happened to me last night. I was just about to give up and reset the whole thing, but then I noticed the delve objective is to kill X ammount of nerubians and I am missing some. So I went back and found like 4 left in a corner that I missed. Killed them and lo an behold I am out of combat now. Somehow they aggroed me even when I didn’t see them, but stayed in their corner without attacking me.
Not even Shadowmeld could get me out of combat, it was very frustrating. See if you have missed some mobs or objectives along the way.
Same here, I went back and killed some mobs. Then I could loot.
