Are you talking about starting or completing the vision quests? They are slightly bugged in that when you complete one of the visions it does not port you back to where you started it like it’s supposed to do, which is also always where you hand it in, but instead just leaves you to where you were when you finished the vision, but that is just a minor annoyance in having to manually swim back there.
No the hyjal phasing issue
i can confirm all quests work properly in Hyial. i even got achieve
Everything worked for me also in hyjal, except for the bounce achievement which just doesn’t track your progress at all.
Now if you want to talk about bugged quests, the Harrison Jones questline in Uldum has lot of phasing issues at Schnottzs landing, and especially at Sullahs sideshow, but fortunately you can fix all of them by dipping over the zone border in AQ, and back.
I was talking about not being able to ACCEPT the 2nd vision quest since the quest NPC was nowhere to be found. I found her only via backtracking which should not be happening in cata.
Not so hard to understand.
Just to post something relevant to this topic. Went to hyjal today and it went without a hitch. Questing always led me to the next quest hub and no issues with quest npcs phasing in and out.
