Stuck in login loop

When I try to login to battle.net, I am told to “Review terms”. When I click “Agree”, I am told that “Your login session has expired” and need to login again. And when I do that, I am told to “Review terms” again. After that, back to expired login, and after that, terms, login, terms, eternal loop. Is there a solution for this?

(Edit: And if I try to open battle.net support instead of wow support, I am just being told to “review terms” and clicking “agree” just reloads the review terms page…)

Having the exact same problem. Found an old thread about a similar thing which people got around by using a different browser, but still no luck. Touch wood we hear back soon!

Same here. Trying to open wow through exe file aswell and it requires authenticator, but i cannot access my authenticator through my phone because i get the same battlenet error message there.

Exact same issue here at the moment. Can’t seem to fix it. Both on launcher and browser.

You can access the authenticator at the bottom of your phone screen on the login page but that won’t let you in, you are sent to an EULA page in a browser and if you try to login here, clicking Agree does nothing. Thankfully I hadn’t counted on playing tonight, what a mess.

Same issue here. Endless loop with Accepting EULA and getting kicked out.

Same here i cannot log in Battlenet endless expired loop with Accepting EULA.

Same. Click to accept the new terms, and straight back to the login screen.

Yeah I tried to install the Battlenet app to replace Authenticator.

Unfortunately it’s just not working when I try to log in I get some kind of error warning and the app just gets stuck at the connection attempt stage forever after I press Login.

The only solution I have found is to remove my authenticator.
Losing a few bag slots in the process, I guess I will do without…

Same. :confused: unable to accept the terms, also the mobile app is stuck in the same loop for me.
