I’m stuck in the quest mission statement
( the quest that sends you to stormwind stockades to rescue prisoners )
the wyvern doesn’t show up
im stuck in a phase in orgrimmar and nothing can fix it
i tried different timelines etc
i also can not abandon the quest
i tried going with the boat to zandalar but there is no one there
please help me out before shadowlands
It’s worth filing a ticket in the mean time in case a GM can help you. You can always cancel the request.
I presume things may have changed since prepatch because we used to be sent to speak to Nathanos in the Inn in Orgrimmar and then we could skip the intro if we chose to by speaking to Nathanos again. Or we could meet him on the roof of the main gate to start us off. Or is that the part you are stuck on?
it has been weeks ago since i logged in on this character but i think i somehow entered a dungeon when i was in stormwind already and that teleported me out of there and now i can’t get back
Normally you’d be able to ditch the quest and start over but you said you could not do this 
I think you will probably need GM intervention.
Do you have any other quests active that may take phasing precedence?
For instance, Legion intro quest.

That happened to me as well, on a fresh Death Knight I got to 50 on the first day of prepatch. I wanted to skip the scenario because I had already done it on another character of the same faction, but there were no NPCs at all to be found at the spot.
Why can you not abandon it?
