Stuck on a dead realm – Support tickets go nowhere, please help!

Hi everyone,

I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed, and I need to speak up. I’ve submitted multiple tickets to Blizzard Support regarding this issue, and every single time I’ve either received a copy-paste generic response or was told to “go post on the forums.”

So here I am — on the forums — because Support refuses to give me a real, helpful answer.

Here’s my situation:

My character is stuck on Ashbringer (EU), which is now completely dead. I recently came back, excited to play Mists of Pandaria Classic, but I discovered there are no free transfers anymore — only paid ones.

The worst part? Blizzard previously said that players who didn’t transfer would be moved automatically. I didn’t act because I believed this was true.
I’ve also been inactive for a while, so I missed the window for the free transfer.

Now I’m trapped on a ghost server where I literally can’t do anything. None of this is my fault, and yet I’m the one being punished.

To make it worse: I’m an active, paying customer.
And I feel like I’m being completely ignored.
All I’ve asked for is a free transfer to Golemagg, an active realm where I can actually play the game and enjoy the expansion like everyone else. That’s it.

Instead, I’m bounced around between useless tickets and forum links — like no one actually cares.

Is this really what Blizzard support has come to in 2025?
Is this how you treat your loyal player base?

If anyone has advice, or has gone through something similar and found a solution, please share it. I’m desperate for a real answer — from players or, hopefully, from a staff member who still cares.
