Stuck on “The Dark Riders” quest stage 2. (Balance Druid artifact weapon questline).
The quest wants me to cast Solar Beam to interrupt Ariden, but I don’t get Solar Beam before level 26. Currently level 12.
Sounds like a huge oversight. Do you have any other abilities, maybe talents as a workaround? Even other spece can technically be used.
