Stuck on campaign quest!

Quest name: The Bastion of Hallowfall
Issue: I need to buy ‘round of drinks’ from vendor and hand in quest but after I buy the item its not found in inventory and I cant rebuy it or hand in the quest.

What I tried to fix: I abandon quest and try again. I tried to abandon, close the game, delete cache folder and try again, still same issue.

Does anyone know any workaround as support response is 4 day average?

Don’t you just click on the 4 models of mugs on the table?
