Maintenance should be tomorrow, not today.

Not sure what is going on.

Same, having issues trying to connect.

Same problem on my end. Went to check Blizzard Customer Support twitter ( for EU) and no updates there as well.

Same problem here. Can’t see online friends. Stuck on connecting.

See my comment above

I got in, then got stuck on a loading screen, then back to 519 error.

I tried 3 times, each step I managed to get one step further.
Connecting, Retrieving Realm List, Logging in to Realm.
3rd try was successful.
I suspect it might work due to caching, as each step was rather fast on followup attempts.

My money is also on DDOS, there has been a RMT banwave. People always backlash at Blizzard for that. Makes them even more of a criminal.

this sounds like conspiracy. more likely their potato server failed due to headwave

I don’t know if was a coincident, but this worked for me and now play without lagg or login issues (so far). Here’s the Link aswell: https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/34721

  1. Close open Blizzard programs.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager.
  3. Click the Processes tab.
  4. If agent.exe is running—or Blizzard Update Agent in Windows 10—select it and click End Process .
  5. Navigate to the folder containing the cache directory:
  6. Press Windows Key+R to open the Run dialogue.
  7. Type %ProgramData% into the Run field and press Enter .
  8. If a Blizzard Entertainment folder exists in the directory, right-click it and select Delete .
  9. Restart the Battle.net desktop app and relaunch the game.

It’s funny. Somebody suggested a DDoS attack. I wonder if this has anything to do with Blizzard busting that gold selling/real money racket earlier. Hackers trying to get revenge

Worked for me, thank you! Or they just fixed whatever was happening, lol.

Hello,

We’re sorry you experienced an issue logging into the game around 6AM CEST on August 4th, this problem has since been resolved. Thank you for your patience while the situation was corrected, and for your reports.

Incident resolved.

since this morning i try to change the realm im on to my main but it hangs for ages and then says 'you have been disconnected. (WOW51900300). I have tried to flush my dns and clear process and cache before restarting battlenet but nothing is working.
