Hey there Bwg if you’re still getting that error and that’s happening with just one character you can try moving the affected character to sort the issue with the stuck character service option.
Once you’ve checked that if you still get the error you’ll need to do the steps from here too.
If the issue continues after that you can report this by ticket and we’ll check into this further.
