Am on Skullcrusher which is not high population, assume it is Blizzard servers being down?

Logging in to game server. Play on CoA. Can’t get in. Followed by message WOW51900102

Probably the Authentication servers went down. No one can connect right now

Same tried logging in problem seems to have started after 19:35gmt a streamer I follow managed to get in.

If Blizzard actually cared about the game and their paying customers, they should do a couple of things:

  • Hire a competent ‘login server’ dev and maintenance team
  • Hire a BG dev team that fixes all the BG issues

But instead, the suits saw more profitable to …

  • Hire artists and devs to create sellable mounts in the Shop
  • Hire artists and devs to create sellable transmogs in the Shop

So what if people can’t actually play the game, at least they can still fork over their dough for our superficial glitter in the Shop.

Well it is kinda our fault. (almost) Nobody quits because of login issues and players still keep buying stuff from the store.

Error wow51900123 can’t log in 30 min. All day at work and when you want to have fun in wow - can’t! :frowning:

True enough.

However, what boggles my mind about this, is that the playerbase used to be larger in the past. We’re in the future, with (a lot) smaller playerbase, and they have server issues?

What’s gonna happen, if shadowlands is good and people start flocking back to it and new players find WoW and start also flocking in?

How did they manage a much larger playerbase back in the day, but are struggling with a smaller one now?

Mind is so boggled right now.

BTW, does ‘New Player Adventure’ mean it’s an adventure aimed at new players, or does it mean that it’s a ‘new adventure’ aimed at players (though whom else would it be aimed at anyway…? So even this would be odd)

I must have played shadowlands a total of 3 hours since launch. Disappointed to say the least. Now im stuck on logging in to Game Server…

I managed to get a bit further, could get to Turalyon character select screen. But I wanted to change realm, so now I got kicked out again.

At least it’s progress…
