I can see the available Quest on the map, but no Quest-NPC .
Tried to travel through time at NPC Zidormi and back, reloaded game, closed game, started game. Any further ideas? Waittime for ticket is more than 7 days =D

Did you try going down the hall, up to the instance portal?
If the npc is not near the instance portal, could try to zone in to dungeon and back out.
And if that fails, abandon quest and pick it up again.
Otherwise if this doesn’t work i would submit a bug report aswell
