Stuck on quest without support. Sad

Hi there.

I messaged already blizzard about this bug.

However i have got answer that they are not gonna answer me,
so i cant unlock my soulbind.

Quest appear on the map, but NPC does not exist in game.

As i already mentioned in ticket, i tried everything, abandoning not possible because there is not picked up quest, logging out for 20 min did not help, addons are not an issue.

They did not even read it, as in answer i have got stuff like - ‘‘try to abandon quest’’

So here i am looking for help.

Did you try tips mentioned in Wowhead comments for the quest?

Completeting the Maldraxxus calling and relogging seems to have fixed the issue based on them.
