Ah yes, letâs reset our addons, account settings, graphics, letâs try reinstalling the game, heck, why not the operating system while weâre at it.
It will surely resolve soon whatever the last minorgamepatch/ server tomfoolery did cause the problem, it is obviously clearly on every playersâ side, and not the common denominator.
Would be less insulting to answer just âsoon:tm:â than try to deflect the fault and send us on a quest of troubleshooting barely more enjoyable than quest chains in old Stranglethorn.

Thing is, been past 6h this, time to time i logged Bnet, i have like 30second queue login, then logged wow, it never find characters xD this just shows current stage what is billion corp around..
Exactly, itâs now years that I donât try any kind of addon resetting, reinstalling, stuff like this, I just wait for blizzard to fix and all of a sudden look at the case I can log again without changing anything about my setup.
From what Iâve gathered it has nothing to do with the game version or local config/wtf files. It seems to be a server side issue. If it is not just chance I would suspect it has something to do with having been logged in when the servers shut down, or trying to log in before the servers went up again. Maybe someone here can disprove that though.
I agree but to be fair having worked in customer support for various companies for a long time myself, copy-pasting a macro with common fixes / faq is just standard procedure most likely
not ours side, its Blizz sided. so even repairs, redownloading patch wont help, just wait em fixes.
because the problem was always on blizzards end when it wasnt an issue tied to 1 person. when more than 1 person has the same issue, its on blizzards end.
that patch sounds vibe-coded af 
they have to roll back the update from today, for me on the same pc one Battlenet .account with the update today, donât work the other account with no auto update, that one works fine both of them Eu servers

why are they not doing an emergency hard reboot to all the servers? it used to work as a solution in the past
its auto reboots so..
When i can log i will do this hard reboot no worry.

yeah doing server resets without a technical team on standby ready to work on a fix if something goes wrong is a stupid idea tbh.

if it makes you feel better someone probably told them that at some point and they dismissed it, that was my experience in customer support for other companies making strange decisions :))
