You know, doing unscheduled Maintenance (probably to push the D4 Promo Housing Items) is fine.
Doing them without Staff in Place in case something breaks is not.
Esp. given all the last Patches always had critical issues for EU only (unbearable Lag during Undermine on Silvermoon, unplayable Remix, broken Housing, …), which took hours (or in some Cases Days) to fix, while having Radio Silence from the publisher.

But what else would they used to their predatory marketing tactics to advertise early access to housing with pre-order.
6:30 CET servers still get stuck on retrieving characters list and cant access the game. 3:00 - 4:00 CET were the announced maintenance frame.
Im having the same issues too…
Hope we getting some sort of compensation for this….

Some ppl who have turned off the authentificator managed to log in, but for me it’s not working

unfortunately we have no idea when it will be fixed, chances are blizzard don’t know either, even if they know what specifically caused it. The only encouraging thing I can say is its my computer too so don’t worry about that yet
