The SERVERS are up.
Just WE can’t get in, because we can’t get past the “retrieving character list”.
Someone suggested it is because since the “patch” this morning, some of us were switched to “AMERICAS” region, despite only having a working EU account.
And I don’t see any way to switch back to EU, since I AM logged on my EU account.

Nah, I checked, it’s indeed character list, just meant that some people said: x realm works, but for me it wouldn’t be an option: in order to change realm, I need to load the char list first.

This could explain why the “character stuck service” doesn’t find a single of my EU characters -.-

(went to it as somoene had suggested using on the last character I played)

You can load realm list by a VPN but once i select another one it still dosnt work

Do you know if your friend did the update this morning? Can potentially be what caused the issue, since majority of people can’t log.

i didnt do the update, it dcd me from the game and i couldnt log back in when game was supposed to work again. so i dont think he did any update either

The issue affected a select few accounts. Twitch streams are running, and friends are playing Battle.net. It’s unclear why this affected us (region doesn’t matter; there are also forum threads about the issue in the ru segment)

my friend didnt do the update. he just opened battle,net after coming back from work and clicked play. there was no update for him
