i was playing and my game disconnected, now i’m stuck at retrieving character list.

Same. Was doing quest in Stormsong Valley, DC-ed and now stuck at this.

Just completed a Delve with my friend, trying to loot the treasure aaaannnd the servers froze.

Same, was raiding and could not roll loots and then crashed out…

Same problem here, stuck at retrieving character list. Saw the same thread on the US forums.

I restarted the game after it became unresponsive to abilites, but weirdly i could still chat. And now im stuck on “Retrieving character list”.

Horray! The game is back up and-oh… and its frozen again.

Same completely stuck with black screen

Same on tarrenmill was in a raid now cant log in just stuck on retrieving character list, I just froze ingame first.

well i wanted to log game and game did a small download then this happend…stuck at retrieving character list more than 10 min
