yep same for me. It started with 2 zone loading screens that took ages, then a dungeon loading screen that took ages. And then I inserted +10 ara kara key and it never started. I had to alt f4. Then there was a small update and now I am stuck on retrieving char list…
Also have problems after finishing a mythic+, server Tarren Mill.
Stuck on retrieving character, takes a long time, characters appear and login doesn’t complete.

same dcd ingame and when i try to log back in the char login screen is black

Well it isn’t. I was able to log, but the lag is insane.
