I did the Harbinger yesterday, but today when I try to do it on another character there is no Alleria and no Kadghar to meet me. What’s going on? Is it meant to be done on only one character? If so, I shouldn’t be able to pick it up at all.

I’m trying to do it for the first time and for me they don’t show up at all either…
