Hello. again after a long time i wanted to play world of warcraft again… but its not working. like the day of the shadowlands expansion release we could not log in to this game. stuck on the load screen forever and got this error then disconnected. we did try everything. we did sent tickets. we did check with other pc/internet providers/ have done this Resetting the WoW User Interface already and all other ways. there is no problem when we log in to the wow classic or even playing overwatch. so there is something special about retail. the only way to log in wow retail is to use a VPN. but using a vpn to play a game is so difficult like a high ping/ paying money / risk of ban/. so please for the god say the truth. its obvious you r hiding something… please Do not tell me OK try this ways… and if it doesn’t work sent a ticket. because we have done all of this. the GM on the web tickets told us to create a topic here… me and some many players had to leave the world of warcraft because of this problem since shadowlands.and still waiting for you to fix this and help us to get back to the game. thanks
