I want to go on with the quests to unlock patch 8.3 content and the quest starts with Unwelcome Advisor to visit Anduin in stormwind keep.
Now going to stormwind keep, there Anduin isn’t there, instead Turalyon is sitting on the chair and I cannot turn in the quest…
The other 2 dudes are actually there telling anduin about the reports but anduin is not there lol
how to fix this terrible phasing? I cannot go on with my char…
Relogging and readding the quest etc. doesn’t do anything
does anyone have a fix for this? I’m having the same problem.
my ticket reply was i should turn off my addons lol
was an automated answer anyways.
Jfyi deleting addons cache wtf does not help

A lot of people have the same problem with this - Blizzard are aware; multiple bug reports have been made. It’s a phasing problem (or, perhaps Turaylon is mounting a coup …). Try Aiwendil’s solution; if it doesn’t work, since its a phasing problem it could relate to another legion quest you picked up and maybe didn’t complete.
I don’t have any quests open (besides lvl up ankoan all to 3) how do I report a bug ? there doesn’t seem to be a ticket slot anymore

A lot of the time this is caused by phasing from other quest lines that may have been started, but not finished.
The common culprits usually seem to be some of the Legion quest lines (as in Aiwendil’s case), the intro lines for the cataclysm zones Vashj’ir and Twilight Highlands, and also the Darkshore warfront quest line (“On whispered winds” and it’s follow ups)
If you don’t have any active quests, check to see if there are any available ! marks that relate to the above quest chains, and work through these to see if it helps put you back in the correct phase 
and how would I do this ? fly to every ! on the globe ? there are thousands of them. why on this char and not on my others ?
Indeed going to the broken shore and finishing ‘a walk to remember’ solved it for me. Going to try it on the one other stuck character too.
Can confirm on this other character, same deal. Had already done the momento one, so had to walk Anduin over the broken shore for this phasing to work.
