I created an account for my daughter and paid for subscription and the login-screen on bnet-app says EUROPE, but when she logs into servers it only shows US-servers, Oceanic, brazil, etc???
There should be a drop down menu under the word “VERSION”, make sure it’s set to World of warcraft and make sure the box next to it says “(EU)” somewhere in it.
You can try logging into “account settings” at the top of the page using her details and checking the “games & subscriptions” to see which she has.
The main way to tell though is which currency you paid in.
